  1. Thanks for checking on me, Alexandrite! I have been doing my stretches, but only once a day. I've faithfully kept my food log. (my tablet yells at me if I forget!) I am staying faithful to the whole 30 but I'm not out of the whiny stage yet. I blame it on too much bad eating during vacation. My daughter and I have decided to stick to the 13 cups of water for the entire Whole 30. How's your challenge going?
  2. Health issues tore me away for a while but luckily I'm very stubborn. I was not among the walking from May to September so I have a lot of ground to recover in my journey. I do not yet have the body of an assassin but as it is where I most want to be I have joined this guild. I'm very excited and a little bit nervous. My main goal is to become a healthier assassin by losing 10 lbs. and reaching level 5. Here's my specifics: 1) Do my pt stretches twice a day, every day. 2) Drink 13 cups of water a day for the first week to help flush out the holiday badness. Then drink at least 8 cups of water a day for the rest of the challenge. 3) Keep a detailed food log. 4)Complete a whole 30 with my family. I hope to make my new guild proud!
  3. I found you all from a facebook exercise post where a friend referenced how far they were in their walk to Mordor. Thanks, Jill! Now my husband and 3 of my 4 children are doing this challenge with me. ( My daughters are unofficial due to age.) We did the whole 30 challenge back in March and, thanks to the yummy recipes on chowstalker.com, my family asked if we could continue eating that way. We are mostly paleo although we do sometimes stray when we eat out. Maybe one day Pensacola will have a paleo restaurant choice! Main Quest: Be a size 12 by April (I'm currently in between a 16/18) To reach this goal: 1) Eat breakfast every day. 2) No eating after 10 p.m. Monday - Thursday 3) Follow the Beginner Body Weight Workout Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Hit the exercise bike Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Life Goal: My family gave me a nice camera for Mother's Day. It would be nice if I knew how to do more than point and click! My Motivation: I want to be able to enjoy life by being in better shape with less pain and more energy. Ready? Set? GO !!!!!
