Sometimes you have to remind yourself where you've been. (Thinly veiled bragging). In the last 3 months alone, I switched to a standing desk, sold off 95% of the stuff I owned, redesigned my living space, lost 18 pounds, started Krav Maga self defense, made strength gains with StrongLifts, switched to a bike-only lifestyle, and biked over 750 miles (over 100 a week).

Yeah, no problem. A lot of the meatier details are in my challenge, but that's what my challenge is about this time... balancing all of those.
