  7. Thank you! I think water is a great goal, but I'm not sure how I can easily quantify how much water I'm drinking. I've been less active physically too. My day job requires a lot of activity but it's not "exercise". I agree... it might be too much. And we all know how much I love simple. Thank you dude! Likewise. I am?   9. About Me Yo! My name is Loren Wade, but many rebels call me "Lobro". It's been incredible to see this amazing community grow these past 5 years. I have been a Ranger since the beginning, but this time I'm trying something new. I bought NF's yoga program right after Camp Nerd Fitness 2015 and plan to finally put it to use. While I was mostly inactive here for 2015, it was the biggest year of change for me. Looking back, I can actually see and measure genuine change from my old, negative attitude and paradigm to my new one. I work two dream jobs and finally won over the girl of my dreams (cheesy as fuck, I know). I hope I can top it with 2016. Wake up early, stay up late, change the world.   11. I've lost a few pounds lately. I've simply been eating healthier and walking a lot. I bought the Fitbit Charge and I'm counting calories again just to make sure I'm somewhere healthy as far as food intake. Overall I am doing really, really well.
  12. Hokay, so. Update. I'm doing super well.I'm up for a promotion at work.I've been super busy hanging out with friends the last month or two. It's been nice to find friends locally.I had a birthday and my coworkers surprised me with a birthday party!There may or may not be a girl interest in my life at the moment. I've been eating very well.I'm doing Whole 30 again soon.
