  1. The story so far . . . A few months ago I fell in love with circus- a friend dragged me along to a circus festival and I did trapeze, silks and tumbling. I loved it but as a clumsy, chubby nerd girl I struggled in classes- I got frustrated with my body and my weakness. I started dieting- had a terrible time with following conventional wisdom and eventually found Nerd Fitness and Paleo eating. I've been eating Paleo for 4 months and have lost 6 kilos, am feeling great about my diet and want to forge my sporadic exercise routine into a strong habit. Main Quest Upgrade mobility parameters Goals Bodyweight 666 workout 3x a week (Monday, Thursday, Sat) +log progress Practice yoga every day- even if its just quickly going through Sun Salutations. I'm aiming on doing this first thing in the morning to help me start my days off on a good note 1 x week sprint session- probably using zombies run- alternating between all-out sprints and a brisk walk. Current Stats Height- 160cm Weight 64kg Neck- 31cm Waist- 70cm Hips- 90cm I'm not going to measure/weigh myself until the end of the challenge- I want to really focus on my strength and I feel like monitoring my weight will be more stressful then helpful at this stage.
