  1. I LOVE breakfast food. I could easily pack away loads of sugary, syrupy, heavy, large cheesy, meaty, potatoey goodness in one sitting. I'm talking the diner all-star special. Okay, maybe not all the time, but you get the gist. What are some alternative breakfast ideas that will save me from making the every once in a while special of waffles and pancakes a regular breakfast go to? I love variety! I can't just do eggs and bacon every morning. What do you typically eat? How do you prepare it?
  2. I'm currently down with bronchitis, out for another week or two. Sometimes even walking from my room to my kitchen puts me into a fit of coughs. I have never been so motivated to start a life change. Something about my own body holding me back... So, in the mean time, I'm doing to prep-work and research for when my lungs can handle more than a brisk walk. I recently quick my dance training and, subsequently, fell out of my then ideal weight, strength, and diet. Combine that with moving out, starting college, lots processed foods and poor meal planning, and working full time-three years later and I'm a completely different person. It took me a long time to realize that I am less flexible, agile and strong than I was at 18. It's time for a change. When I'm able to begin reshaping my day-to-day habits, what advice do you have for the first few days? How do you transition from zero hours a week? I'd like to avoid hurting myself by overexerting. More than that, how do I keep the fear of failing out of mind and focus on moving forward? What were your first few days like? How did you keep motivated? I also have issues with strength in my knees (due to old dance injuries) and weakness in my wrists. How can I strengthen them to support my weight in squats and push ups? Thank you everyone!
