  6. Quick edit to add a side quest. I didn't know what a Fitbit was, but read about it on some of your posts and splurged on a new Flex. Gadgets and apps really help me stay motivated and accountable. So here goes: Sidequest: I will hit 10,000 steps every day, including those days when I do some kind of strength training.   9. Good luck, Isilm (which I mistakenly typed first as Islim. A good omen?)! I've got an almost identical commute, so I can definitely sympathize with the struggle to eat right and find time for exercise.
  10. Hi folks, I’m excited to start my first challenge! I’ve recently fallen off the fitness wagon and need to find a way to get back on. It’s my hope that the structure of the challenge – and the support of what seems like an awesome community – can help provide it. My main quest is pretty basic: eat better and exercise regularly. Here are my primary goals: Exercise six days a week: some combination of pushups, squats, the Nerd Fitness body weight workouts, fast walking, and biking. Cut out sweets from Monday through Thursday. Eat four servings of fruit and/or vegetables every day. My life quest is to spend less time using my iPhone, which includes leaving it outside of the bedroom when I’m sleeping. Too much time staring at a screen! Good luck everyone!
