  1. hey guys. awesome to get all the invites. i have been slacking a bit with my tracking. new girlfriend so ive been busy. anyway, im back on it and its awesome to have all the new motivators. good luck!
  2. 1) Get below 220lbs. A+ Got to 219.6lbs! 19.6lbs to my goal weight. 2) Back exercises twice a day. C Only did them about once a day. 3) 100 pushups nonstop. I I stopped this because I didn't like the look it was giving my arms. So I gave my self an incomplete.
  3. Doing well with my weight and back exercises. I kinda stopped with the pushup gains because my triceps are getting too big and i need to work on my biceps to even them out. As for my weight, I weighed in at 220lbs Saturday morning. That means I have to lose .0000000000000000000000000000000000001 lbs to meet my goal! This is also my 40lb milestone since I started working on my body 117 days ago! 20lbs left and I can buy some pants that fit.
  4. When the scale is frustrating me, I stay off of it. Then I'll check my weight every week or two. I'll see the results I'm looking for if I give more time between weigh ins.

    Cutting?

    Hey, I am getting close to my over all goal and I am reevaluating my nutrition. Does anyone have a good resource on what my diet needs to be to cut this last 20 lbs safely?

  8. Steve, I'm looking to meet people for the most part. Walk around, take pictures, drink beer. Maybe I'll look into Mystic?
  9. Mine stays logged in for ages on windows 7 and vista using firefox.
  10. Anyone have any ideas for a 4day weekend vacation for someone traveling solo? I have no idea where to go or what to do but I have a free plane ticket and a need for adventure.
  11. Doing well with my exercises but traveling these past few weeks has hurt my eating. Gained a couple of lbs while in Tampa last week but managed to lose most of it this weekend. To many Cuban sandwiches I guess. 6 lbs out from my goal.
  12. i loved watching derby but sadly my ex still does it so im not interested in bumping into her.
