I hope it was fun Now, the thing about the heart rate monitors, and the "giant screen" sounds awfully familiar to what's been going on at the gym I train at for Boxing. They just got those set up not too long ago. Coincidence, mayhaps? Anyways, I'm glad to hear you're in this for the long haul. You can do it, buddy – I've always believed in you!   5. Alright, not dead, just busy. I've actually been making good progress over the past two weeks, I've just forgot to update here. But anyways, I'll leave an update later; for tonight, I'm determined to get a good night's sleep. Now, I'm off to bed

Not fun. But I decided to "give up" on Friday, and turn in really early that night, and just go to bed. That helped me out tremendously, because I finally felt like I had the energy to do what I needed, and wanted, to do! First thing I did was (well, after getting dressed) go work out. Then after that I actually stretched, once I had finished my last exercise (something I've needed to do for a long time). Then I got a load of dishes washed, walked the dog, read the newest article on NF (and proceeded to lose track of time watching Bro Science Life), got back on top of things and swept and vacuumed the house, and did the dishes again. That's probably the most stuff I've done during a day in a long time, and I'm proud of that; most of the time, when I'm feeling down, I'll just spend the day on the computer, watching YouTube videos, but this day, I got up and did stuff! And it was awesome As for today (as of writing this, it's 5/17/15), since I finished my chores, and shouldn't workout with the weights today (I've heard it can be dangerous to do strength training two days in a row, unless you're really strong, because you'll be risking injuring yourself from not getting enough rest time), I'm gona' go ahead and reward myself with a full day of playing Xenoblade Chronicles. I don't play video games that often, so this'll be a real treat (and plus, it'll help me stay active, because I always play it standing up, running in place, and swinging the Wii-mote around like it's the Monado )

It really helped wake up, considering I hadn't slept well at all the previous night. My mom had asked for help at the Art Walk (well, she signed me up, and told me later), and I agreed to lend a hand once again. It was fun, walking around town all day. And since I've stopped volunteering at the Food Bank for a while now, I felt I needed something else to help out with. Notes: This workout went well; I had a good rhythm going during it. It wasn't too difficult to complete, which I'm glad about, because it's been a while since the last time I've worked out; so luckily, I'm still feeling strong (just not as strong as before).

For this challenge, I want to take is slow, considering I've been away for so long (and plus, my past challenges have ended in flops); so this time around, I want to focus on one thing and one thing only: exercising. Challenge Goals:Exercise 3 days a week, and that's it. I've struggled a lot in the past, and I feel it's because I wasn't being truthful with myself about where my limitations lie. I tried to take on too much at once, because I was ashamed of how far behind I felt I was, compared to where I felt I should be. That feeling is still there, but I'm going to do my best to not fall into it's trap. Even if I can take on more, I won't. I really want to make progress this time, in any way I can!
