  1. Thank you for the cheerleading! The biggest challenge will definitely getting on the bike. And the second biggest challenge - making time to do my workout. My job is very demanding and I literally live in my office, so I have to be strict about setting aside one hour of ME time to do this. I'll keep you posted on my progress...
  2. I've stumbled onto this challenge the day after it starts, which is okay. I guess. Anyway, this is just the thing I need to get my arse into gear. I already eat as healthy as I can, I've cut out 90% of my alcohol intake and only eat unhealthy food once or twice a month. My Challenge: To Lose Weight My Defined Challenges: 1) To do the New York Ballet Workout every week night 2) To go cycling every Sunday (even if it is just 2kms) 3) To quit smoking. So, any support for this first timer would be awesome. on a side note: I live in a very, very 3rd world town in Africa so I cannot entertain suggestions of going to a gym, joining classes etc.
