  3. Hey! How's the challenge going so far? Just wanted to chime in and agree with alienjenn. I hover around the 185-195 area and I tried going on 1200 calories for a while and it was harsh to say the least. It was simply not enough food. Not only was I constantly hungry, but I lacked energy to do anything active. Now I eat between 1500-1800 calories, depending on what activities I'm doing that day. And I feel SO much better. And I have more energy to do what I need to do to get fitter. You've got some solid goals set up. Best of luck and keep us posted!

  11. Better late than never! Welcome to the challenge and best of luck I love your 1st "baseline" goal. Such a great idea. So worth doing but many of us neglect this step! And I hear ya on the office work - it is so hard to be motivated to do something when you get home when you've been sitting at a desk all day. What is it about not moving that is so tiring??? Although, I find being part of a challenge motivates me because I know I need to report on my challenge page, so that usually makes me get my butt in gear.

  21. Day 11 Report Bad day. Binge-eating occurred, unfortunately. I have been very good about not binging, but I was just depressed last night. Did not take care of myself. I am feeling better this morning and am hopeful and positive about today. Points: 0 Total points so far: 19
