  1. This is a great idea! I'll have to carry my phone nowadays to get some shots
  2. Alright, I feel like I've asked this question, but boo hoo I'll ask again Maybe I'll get more replies. Alas, fall is quickly creeping upon Northern Alberta and evenings are warm-ish, but the mornings are starting to get crispy. Either time of day, the air is chill. Enough to make a runner's breath quicken and sharp. Anybody have any suggestions on what I could buy to aid in that department? Thank you in advance!
  3. Am I the only one who can't stand doing much more than 5 minutes of cardio machines at a time purely out of boredom? How have you surpassed that urge to just hop off and go do something else? I prefer running - outside. Non-climate controlled environments. Perhaps I'm just being stubborn, but seriously I get so bored and it just isn't comfortable. Not painful uncomfortable, it just doesn't feel legit or something... I dunno, what are your thoughts? - TV
  4. Trying to find a great gym routine that'll help focus on upper body/core... links will be much appreciated..

  5. If I could snap my fingers and make these sniffles disappear, I'd be a very happy lady.

  6. Interesting, I'm in Alberta, I couldn't imagine doing winter runs in the prairies. However, you're right, experimentation is key. I was just hoping for some advice to get started
  7. Thank you, I do not have asthma, but my chest capacity just chills out quickly. Perhaps I'm pushing myself too fast too soon.
  8. Hey everybody, so I'm just wondering if anybody has any tips for running during the cooler fall/winter months? Alberta, Canada has leaves turning colors and lots of rain so my lungs are starting to suffer from cold air. Any tips on staying fit but not going to the gym to suffer the track or use a treadmill? Clothing? Breathing techniques? etc. I'm willing to just just about anything! Thanks y'all - Krys
