  1. Thanks pal! Starting to feel different after four days of Paleo so hoping six weeks should show some pretty decent changes. It's not a "oh god I'm so upset" feeling, it's more of a "oh ffs Kat, I TOLD you not to eat that curry!" Still, naked stare down, bring it on! What's your challenge? 1st time?
  2. Cheers mate! I must say that I really noticed a difference today. I'm in the lucky position to have an awesome trainer 3 x a week and I managed sit ups with him pulling a band around my middle to make them ten times harder. Also, how ace is Paleo!? I haven't had grains in only four days and I feel lighter and leaner already. Long way to go but we'll all get there. Thanks for your support, mate. X
  3. Dear fellow nerds of fitness, This is my first quest and I am very nervous but am confident I can get my arse in gear and get it done. My goals are listed below:- MAIN QUEST To fit into every piece of clothing in my wardrobe without the need for any tailoring/alteration THREE GOALS 1. Carry on lifting massive weights three times a week (I have recently started and bloody love it). 2. Stick to paleo five days a week (I'm from Northern England, there is never going to be a time in my life I stop eating bread) 3. Put the bloody iphone down and go to bed! Make sure I get eight hours minimum. LIFE QUEST Save £500 for my Christmas holiday to Japan. I'm going to game like I have never gamed before! MOTIVATION When I look at myself naked, I don't want to feel glum any more. I'm easing myself into this as of now as cold turkey never does it for me. Plus, if I give myself a hard start date I will end up eating a 'last supper' every night for my fatty swan song. LET'S DO THIS!

  5. Hello people, Can anyone help me out / share opinions / give advice on weight watchers? I found NF about two weeks after I joined ww and I'm wondering if anyone has tried a ww/paleo hybrid and how it went. I cycle everywhere for cardio and lift weights twice a week. I'm also thinking of throwing in some yoga to keep everything stretched out. I have about 3 stone to lose, feel like a complete fatty and want to get my shit together. HELP! Cheers, Kat.
  6. I have an amazing Freya bra, not sure of the name but it's blue with orange piping. I have 36F tits and it keeps them in place. If I'm doing weights I just wear a nike crop top but if I did boxing in that I would end up with black eyes. Freya is your girl. Good luck! KW
