  1. I did it again yesterday, 10m at medium pace. I know It's late, but IT'S NEVER TOO LATE
  2. I did 15:19m, 2.21km! That's an improvement. NEVER LOSE HOPE
  3. Yesterday I ran 12:30m, easy pace. That was great, I hope to do this again.
  4. I did 12:00! Never lose hope. Even after your challenge has been closed and you already forgot about this site.
  5. I'll never give up! I'm going to do some running.
  6. Just finished a session with the teacher. He says that there's a way to move without suffering *while* moving. I really don't understand how it works, but I've seen stuff. I'll just wait some more.
  7. All the problems starts from my internal mess. I often tend to give up on things, even if they're important to me. I... I don't really know what to do about that. But. If someone told you there's a way, an opportunity to cure whatever your problem is, would you take it, or just let it slip? About five years ago I met a man who teaches a very unique martial art, also probably an ancient one. It's called Selflessness. Comes from north africa, Selflessness revolves around balancing happiness with determination. The ultimate student of this art subdues evil without losing his abillity to show compassion, still being happy inside. It's crazy, but it works. A lil' bit. It takes time to ace this (and I'm the most nervous guy in the universe), but it works. It hasn't fixed my tendancy to fail in every test that requires commitment and perseverance, but I'm damn sure getting closer! Just a little more self believing...
  8. I'll have to stretch the challenge. Not enough time is left. I'll Never give up!
  9. Hi guys, Vbeen a very intense weeks. A lot of work. Didn't run at all. I hope to finish the challenge as expected.
  10. I got a present for you. I know you like D.C., and I know you like jumping. So I got you The complete list of White House security breaches.
  11. 020516 Today it's 20m easy pace run, and again 7:6:6:8:9. Must overcome challenge.
  12. Can you post here the yoga/cardio schedule? 3 liters a-day sounds to me like a crazy thing.
  13. DAMN! I finished one of Uberhaxornova's videos, where he and Aleks watched a parkour video by OLLO. OMG-OMG-OMG I'm totally devastated by this s***. I want to run with all those people too. So... How hard is to do this maneuver?
  14. 280416 Ran 10m, 1.76km. I swear I thought I was gonna pass out in the middle of the run. I ran much faster than before. Did 7:6:6:8:8(9) pull-up sets. I screwed up on the last one.
  15. I studied a bit and it made me a little bit happier. So, king goes to sleep. It's amazing how simple actions, not entirely connected to the official goals in our lives, can be revealed as important nonetheless... Crazy.
  16. Update I didn't run yesterday or today. I'm unfocused: I need to get up 8 hours from now for my shift. I also did not do the grain/sugar thing. I guess I'm not happy, which, by my teachers, means I can't focus on. Happiness is the main key to progress. Hmm. I'll figure it out somehow. Can't let meself lose this opportunity to improve meself. I'm sorry if I disappointed someone. It takes me time to rebuild inner strength and s***. It won't be completed in a day. Or even in a week or a month. I believe I'll beat the challenge's goals just in time. But it won't be a piece of piss. Especially when all my health-goals aren't listed as challenge goals. Tomorrow is a no-fitness day because I don't even have time to breath. I'll find another time. I must. Maybe even tomorrow. Somehow. Here's a photo of awesome smiley meeting.
  17. That's a very strong point you raised there. I sense so much grief in people's posts. Not just you. Everyone here has a bitter tale to tell. Broken houses and unfinished stories. I also see how's everybody shakes their damn heads and MOVES ON. Every thread's a thriller. I once read here about a 93' Gulf-War veteran who did some crazy deeds to overcome his uncontrolled obesity. Using yoga, he became thinner than a twig. I'm sure he's story is here somewhere. Let's agree on HEALTH IS YOUR PROVISIONS TO THE ROAD OF LIFE. I think it's sums it up pretty well. Can't survive the material world without a vessel; No point in doing that without a greater cause.
  18. Had to google it. I didn't know there's so much info on this sexual things. I may be ill bred, but I tend to respect everyone. as long as they're not being damn idiots.
  19. Umm... Pride jewelry? Like all the aboriginal jewelry trends?
  20. Update Well, the grain-free thing didn't go so well. I plan to run the 10m (medium speed) and do 7:6:6:8:9 Plps.
  21. At first I wanted to damn ask you why you bought this little jewelry... Hmm, after all that happened maybe you deserve it. You mean, literally.
