  14. I haven't been away this long in a while. Eating still sucks, but not missing any workouts. I switched to 4 workouts a week this week. Summer vacation is almost over, so hopefully the regular schedule will help me get back to cutting. I have my next workout tomorrow, OHP. I am giving myself an F on the cut, but rounding to a D since I have missed no workouts. Monday, 7/7/14 Workout 1, Week 2 Squats. 2x5xbar, 1x5x75, 1x5x105, 1x3x135, 1x3x145, 1x7x155. Good mornings. 1x6x45, 1x6x55, 1x6x65. Hip thrusts. 3x15x65. Superset hanging leg raises 13, 12, 10 followed by dumbbell side bends 3x10x20. Halos 3x12x45. Wednesday, 7/9/14 Workout 2, Week 2 Bench press. 2x5xbar, 1x5x75, 1x5x105, 1x5x125, 1x4x135, 1x5x145, 1x6x155. Dumbbell rows. 3x10x40. Hanging scapular retractions. 3x10. Superset lying French curls 3x10x50 followed biceps curls (preacher bench) 3x10x50. Both ez-bar. Shoulder dislocators 3x10 Saturday, 7/12/14 Workout 3, Week 2 Deadlifts. 1x5x135, 1x5x185, 1x3x230, 1x3x240, 1x6x255, Front squats. 1x6xbar, 1x6x55, 1x6x65. Low bar paused squats. 1x6x65, 1x6x75, 1x6x85. Superset planks 3x45sec, followed by back extensions 3x15 Seated plate raise 3x10x25.
  15. Correct me if I am wrong, but I don't think it was "an all at one time" thing. I think it is your best lift in a relatively small time limit. Not like, I benched500 ten years ago. Although, all in the same day is more impressive. In that case, I haven't made it yet. Technically, since my 260, and 250, squat was not deep enough, I am not in, YET.
