  2. Okay. So. I already sort of devoured all the sugar in sight. Which is not good, but not the end of the world. And my fitness buddies bailed this week. That's alright. I will do the Beginner Bodyweight Circuit today and get back on track!

My Main Quest To build muscle and flexibility. How Do? Beginner Bodyweight Circuit 3x a week. Get at least 50 grams of quality protein a day.
