Hey everyone, I'm a senior in high school. I'm 18. I've been active most of my life, 5th grade I did a year of wrestling, 6th-9th grade I did baseball, 10th-11th and will be 12th grade track & field. I'm joining the army, I'll go to basic after I graduate my senior year. I was told I need to stop exercising and gain weight by eating more. I weigh about 134lbs, I'm about 5'7"-5'8" and I eat quite a bit of food. I want to gain weight by working out and gain muscle, therefore bulking up/gaining weight. I do a body weight workout every other day, but I need advice and different workouts to do.
