  1. Heck yeah I love that thang!!! Off note my anxiety and depression are looking at me crossways, life is stressing me out. Oh well :/
  2. I got a Fitbit charge hr, it's an amazing tool and I constant reminder I'm on the path to fitness, I got all my yoga done and my house is much cleaner, not sure how much time is left but my life is getting more organized so hopefully I can start focusing on getting stronger
  3. Holy god, still busier than heck, I'm not working out at all like I'd like to, had a few cheat days but I'm back on track with eating and my fitness pal, need to startup these darn push-ups
  4. im number 4 on a waiting list of about 300 so i did really awesome!! got my yoga in today and i meal prepped last night, im going to work on getting back on track with my goals
  5. Holy mackerel I've been busy! I had an interview that went swimmingly. I've been going to yoga regularly but I've been slacking on my push-ups which I don't have an excuse for so I'm going to do some now!
  6. Hard to report when's there's nothing to report, school started and I really need to kick my butt back into organizing my week better so I can have food prepared, I had to skip yoga for the first day of school but that's the last one I'll miss for class fortunately, I'm going to yoga tomorrow with my cousin hopefully this will be a thing, my cousin is awesome! I'm having a hard time making genuine friendships, I feel really alone always but I'm used to it, I really want to establish close friends but idk if that's a real concept... Bleh, lots of things happening these upcoming weeks, I can't wait till my weight starts dropping, 16 days in a row on myfitnesspal... Ok namaste!
  7. That's so good to hear you got your miracle morning in! Do you think that was why you had so much energy and motivation today?
  8. You're doing so amazing! Love the graphics lol, cutting out the sugar and gluten is very difficult for me for longer then a week or so, do you have support system in place?
  9. Nice, starting off on the right leg, I like it! And it's available at every grocery store by me, you might have to ask because it isn't always by milk and if your really curious and can't find it you can make it fairly easy
  10. I kept up with myfitnesspal but I drank way to much Friday night, which led to being hungover most of saturday, but it's almost a new week and its a perfect time for a new start, I woke up early enough to make breakfast and workout, so Im back in the game! That's all I got for ya
  11. Doing awesome!! And for climbing (which sounds amazing) where does one get to do that? And is it like a rockwall?
  12. Hey apike! Something that helped my depression was getting involved in my community, like taking classes, volunteering, just anything to get me out of the house and doing meaningful things, secondly is I take vitamin d and a multivitamin, without proper fuel there's no way for your brain to function correctly, ok peace friend, I have faith you'll be doing great in no time
  13. Is there other workouts you can do that don't involove the gym? Like adding tabata to your miracle morning, only takes 4 minutes and it helps burn calories the whole day!

Hey i was creepin on ya, and I totally agree with littleturtle the vitamin D is required for a healthy mind, you can get it through supplements (which I do) or tanning helps as well, or spending ample time in the sun which is crazy depending on where you live, like today in Wisconsin with windchill it got to -30f, so yeah, please look into it, that and yoga changed my life! Good luck!!
  15. Dang! Nice goals, almond milk instead of water makes oatmeal such a treat! I definitely recommend you try it! And yoga is amazing, good luck, and I definitely think I will steal your minimalism idea, such an awesome quest, I'll be following your progress, namaste!!
  16. I don't want to be a broken record but cold showers should also help with itching, warm or hot showers dry and irrate the skin where as cold definitely doesn't, ok I won't bring it up again!! And how was archer, I'm without tv for the moment and I was pretty bummed I missed it
  17. Woof I was so sick yesterday!!! But I drank loads of water and slept for many many hours and I feel much better today, yoga was intense I actually blacked out and fell over!!! But I'm wonderful today, im eating well, I'm just going to give myself a two day break on the push-ups but tomorrow I'll see how many I can get! That's all namaste

  19. Two big glasses of water right when you wake up is so amazing!!! It works for me better than coffee, just a thought for ya!
  20. Umm, for the skipping showers when your depressed!!! Take icy cold showers, they will make you feel alive, it's so refreshing, atleast try it out! You got this 🌟😇
  21. I drank about 50oz of water and 20oz of herbal tea which I know I can do better! I logged everything on myfitnesspal, I did my push-ups and benched in the morning, I got yoga tomorrow morning... I was so unmotivated today although I did do everything I should of, I woke up early enough to do all my house chores so that was cool, ok namaste ✌ï¸
  22. Killing it so far my friend!!! And the stumps for soup is something I do and it is truely wonderful, and Aldi s is a grocery store hopefully you have one by you, I don't go often enough but my friends love it, Namaste
  23. It took me like 3 months of setting my alarm 2 hours earlier before I actually started getting up, it's a huge lifestyle change so be patient and keep at it!
