  1. Great Job jenirochelle! I failed my workouts completely last week. I only was in Krav Maga on Monday, for the rest of the week I didn't workout at all
  2. Weekly recap: 1) Totally failed this week, i only worked out one time That's a D if I'm very generous. 2) I managed to eat low carb for six days out of seven... the birthday party of my best friend was a killer on calories, carbs and booze. Still a B i think. 3) Urgs, since I didn't run at all last week, I need to give myself an F Life Quest: Applications got sent yesterday, now I just need to wait for responses.
  3. Damn, what a party. I drank way too much. Okay, this is a lie, I drank exactly the right amount Had the eating under control, 3 selfmade hot dogs and only one piece of cake. And two plain sausages later. That's pretty few for me, I didn't lose any control in what I ate. Later I lost control with my ex, but that's a different story

I'm glad you were able to work it out with your mom I'm doing pretty well, though I fear I won't be able to hit my workout goal this week And the weekend will be really hard, cause I'm on my best friend's birthday party and I don't have any choice but eating what his girlfriend serves, because it's 100 km from home and we stay over night. And she's cooking REALLY unhealthy.
  5. Time for the weekly recap! 1) Exercise 4 times a week: Totally done. A++++ (because it's so awesome) 2) Keep up my low carb diet. Except for one day with cake and mead - which I totally don't regret - I was under my calories and carbs every day. So I think that's a B. 3) Be able to run for 10 minutes without a break. Weeeeell.... no progress on this. Max running time last week was 2 minutes. Life Quest: Done!
  6. Yay team! And yay challenge! I just got my applications done, which was my life quest. I had a writer's block for over a year (thank you depression -.-), and now I can finally look into the future and it isn't completely dark.
  7. Waiting i never an option, i'm too impatient for that Finally I got my applications done! I had a writers block for over a year concerning that stuff, and now everything is ready to get sent. Life Quest: done!!
  8. Third workout this week done! Woot! Yeah, I should. It's just the missing carbs, I'm not used to it yet. Protein is just too filling and too low on calories
  9. A bit WOOT for Lauren! And another big WOOT for our brave runner jenna! My weight day was today - I'm down 2,6 kg since last week. Woot woot!
  10. Woot, today was weight day! If the scale of my doctor is comparable to my own scale, then I lost a whooping 2,6 kg in 1 1/2 weeks. Yay me! My diet goes well so far, although I have problems to eat enough calories. I'm a little afraid my body will go to starvation mode and burn not as much calories as it used to be... but what shall I do when I'm just not hungry enough?

  12. Great article! I'm greatful for you too, it's great to have such support here I'm really having a hard time getting all my calories. I'm down to about 1200 calories, just because I'm not hungry anymore. I tried to get some calories from a really opulent meal - chicken and broccoli with peanut sauce - but I was full after only one third of my dinner. It's still time to snack some nuts or a banana, but it's really strange. I never had the problem that I was actually eating too less!
  13. Might be my iPhone then. No crashes in week 2 so far, I hope it stays that way.
