  1. Well, again long time without posting anything, but this time have quite a story to share. 24 days have passed since my last Log, the last time, i was about to face the final bosses of this semester´s quest. And damn those were some hard ass bosses. Right before the final battle started i was cursed. But knowing time was short i realized i couldn't get in time to a healer, so i did what every newbie would and armed myself with pots (AKA antibiotics and cold medicine). I struggled hard for 5 days of tests, long nights of work and even an all nighter that included arriving home at 4:30am to "train" for a boss fight at 9 am. Finally came the rest zone (Weekend) and I could feel how my body regained its former strength. 3 days passed and my body was starting to feel right, it was not rejecting food anymore, and both the headaches and the fever receded. Then, when there was only one boss left to defeat, the curse came back stronger, and i knew i needed a healer and so i went on a friday night in seek of help and assistance. The next day I got up early and barely survived the battle with the final boss, and made it through. It took me almost another week to fully recover, but here i am! Well now to the point, i didn't exercise at all while i was sick, i felt like crap and moving only made it worse. And so, even with 9 days left, i know i have failed my lvl 10 quest. I will aim complete it after January 15. I'll put it in stand by for about a month because i have a big trip coming and i know i wont be able to fully commit to it. Anyhow i am making some goals for the upcoming month as a side quest. SIde quest Goals: -Arrive to France -Arrive to Belgium -Arrive to the Netherlands -Arrive to Italy -Arrive to Spain -Arrive to Turkey -Survive all of the above and go back to Colombia Bonus Goals: -Lose weight! Wish me luck on my travel, and if anyone has any advice on how to have some form of healthy habits while traveling. I would highly appreciate it!
  2. Well i was writing this post and i accidentally went back so it was erased It has been quite a long time since my last post ,the last 2 and a half weeks were a complete chaos and mayhem i only did my workout about 2 or 3 times until last Thursday (when i committed again to do it at least 3 times a week). Well in that time lapse i had to present many tests and also work on a project that we partially presented yesterday ( Pics at the bottom). but anyhow i still have small victories to share!: - The project started working properly about 15 minutes before presenting it (yay for last minute panic!) - I lost some weight ( about half a kilo in 2 weeks, but i was really worried about gaining some) - I somewhat kept my food intake healthy ( there isn't much to eat at my uni campus on a week midnight) - I have kept the 2 days of water only each week - I started exercising again and I already have done my workout twice this week This Week Goals: - Finish the project, and present it - keep exercising - get back to date to the EDx course i´m taking ( i'm about 3 lectures behind @.@) - find a veggie recipe i like! ( i really cant handle eating vegetables alone, i usually eat them with meat or something else around) To Ghostwolf: Thanks!, and i'm only doing the basic bodyweight workout. my weight isn't too bad, but my shape is haha To Markvivian: Thanks pal!, i have tried to do the water thing as i wake up, but the thing is i always feel like nauseous or something for a while. and finally what you have all been expecting, My project:
  3. Well, i have officially finished my first week. For me it was a week of small victories: I exercised 3 times this week (I´ll take that as a good starting point) I also lost about half a kilo, which is not much but still a small victory. This week's goals, include keeping up with the workout, and starting water only days (I'll try to have the first one today) Wish me luck, and keep up with the revolution
  4. Hey!, welcome to the rebellion, i´m new aswell and hope you have the best of luck on your new adventure!
  5. Thanks Laureleye, and yup, i`ve been reading up on everything, andi want to join the next challenge. Iron Glider, i`m a product design engineer in training ( Just one year to go, yay!),and so drawing and CAD are also really important to me, but i dont practice doing any of those enough, so i want to make it part of my rebellion. Also when i get to level 10 (Which is acomplishing the goals i have set here) i want to become a ranger. Good luck to you too!
  6. Hello everyone my name is Daniel, i am from Colombia (not Columbia) and i decided to join the rebellion today .I joined, because i always thought Gyms and traditional fitness arent quite right. and when i found NF i realized i wasnt that far of track. I want to become a better version of me everyday, and this is probably the kind of motivation i was lacking. My current stats are: Age: 21 Height: 1.82 m Weight: 82 Kg Fitness experience: Almost none Level:1 Goals: (Fitness) Get down to 77 Kg by december 10 Make excercising a habit Cut out most sugary beverages Eat more balanced meals Star playing tennis again (not fitness) Improve my drawing skills Improve and be more consistent with my musical training (Aka: playing instruments) Improve my 3d modeling skills Cheers, and see you around!
