  1. Does salt qualify? Ha! Otherwise, I do like mustard for chicken or turkey and sometimes roasting it atop salmon is pretty tasty (with shallots). I do adore tomato paste as well.
  2. If you're going to get rid of anything in your diet - the first thing that should go in order to get the cut look you want should be SUGAR!
  3. I have had far too many of these and I hate wasting food so I gave up on trying to create my own things, unless I truly know the combo is going to work! I generally eat the same things every day because I KNOW it will be tasty! lol
  4. I don't see why you couldn't treat lunch or dinner foods as breakfast foods - who is the person who classified eggs as breakfast and salmon or steak as dinner?
  5. Sauteeing vegetables in coconut oil is absolutely delicious - coconut oil really brings out a sweetness in even the most bitter of vegetables! I highly recommend sauteeing or roasting veggies with it!
  6. For ground grass-fed beef 90/10 - it's roughly 200 calories!
  7. I used to have a lot of food fails, which is why now I tend to eat the same thing every day! LOL! That way, I always know it's GOOD
  8. You can really eat ANYTHING for breakfast -you don't just have to eat EGGS. I love chicken or fish... Or I actually really like baking pumpkin with protein powder like sun warrior, warrior blend! SO GOOD
  9. Roasting vegetables really brings out their sweet qualities! I would highly recommend you try roasting! Butternut squash - amazing, Onions, oh yes! I promise you'll love them!
  10. What about oils? Olive oil, Macadamia Nut oil, Coconut oil? Cook all your foods with these oils and drizzle them on before chowing down!

    Protein?

    Sun Warrior, Warrior Blend (Vanilla) ---- DELICIOUS!!! Hands down the best vegetarian/vegan source of protein out there. I also really like Olympian Labs Pea Protein (Vanilla) as well!
  12. I am obsessed with roasted butternut squash sprinkled with cinnamon and stevia. It's the most delicious treat... And you can eat a ton sans guilt
  13. Running and Walking is completely FREE!! Playing sports is free as well
  14. You could also dip into some coconut oil. It will definitely curb your hunger and it will "rev" your metabolism when you're sleeping.
  15. I would love to hear exactly what you eat at Breakfast and Lunch so we can pinpoint the issue and get to the bottom of this I would say increase your protein consumption, that always helps me not want or need snacks!
