At what point does it go from being "I'm just being lazy" to "You NEED to stay in bed and sleep"? So tired this morning...

when I stay up late I feel so depressed.However, in the day, when I feel fine, I do not do the things I should be doing(exercise,not over-eating,trying to not be lazy...etc)...which causes me to feel really bad later at night if I do not go to sleep by 10...

My box is holding a costume workout to celebrate carnival. I'm so tired and sore, yet, I'll miss it for nothing!

I need to get back on track with healthy eating and working out. Not because I have to. Not because I will be more attractive. But because I am a person who is worht it, and my body deserves to be respected.

First week I'm attempting THREE lifting/CrossFit days in a row! Usually take a day off in between, so this will be fun!
