What happens if you expose Magneto to an EMP?

Pretty sure Magneto redirects the EMP to ktfo of whomever sent it. Even with Tony's magnetically polarized armor, the forces outside the armor that Magneto commands would be far too much for Tony to handle. If there were even a small opening in Tony's armor, Magneto could stop his synapses and make him brain dead. Tony Stark - Brain = scrap metal and a burial plot.

Ironman; because comics have taught me that he who is most witty wins, regardless of who survives. Magneto would never get that last sarcastic quip out of his head, allowing Ironman to haunt him for years to come.
