  1. Hello I am new here. I don't know how to start a challenge and complete it, then get the cool levels of stature on my account. I am interested in the spartan mentality post, and the druids guild. My goals are... Goal 1: -ride 13 mph (on less-moderately hilly path) Feburary 28th -attend cyle class two days a week All February participate in Red spoke- Its a 5-day, 300-mile recreational ride across Washington State July 16th – 20th participate in WACANIDSeptember 15-20, 2014Our 6-day event covers 350 miles Goal 2: Complete an outstanding backhandspring on the trampoline a)10 back bends every day for two weeks b)Mat spotter 20 back handsprings every Friday c)watch youtube videos for training d) week long of attempts day 1 - 5 attempts Goal2 part 2: Goal a: complete backhandspring in gymnastics gym on hard trampoline Goal b: complete back handspring on bouncy floor Goal c: complete back handspring on mat Goal d: complete back handspring on floor Goal e: complete back handspring on beach and get a photo What should I work on and how should I post my challenges ??
