  1. Wow! 5x100 push ups, that's just ridiculous!
  2. Thanks a lot everyone! @ETFnerd I've played Badminton for four years but I don't know how that compares to tennis since the ball is much lighter (but flies faster). I did the first set with my right side and from then on alternated them with every set, so I don't think it makes much of a difference.

  5. Thanks! I've already seen that video but couldn't find it again. I think I should try the hindu variation out. We did rope jumping in school again and I have the problem that my feet always hurt. When I started jumping six weeks ago I thought the pain would go away when my feet get stronger, but I can't feel any improvement yet.
  6. First of sorry for not having posted for so long. I haven't used my computer for a while and then our wlan crashed. week 3: good week but I already posted everything I did here. week 4: I can't remember much except that I did my first doubel under and managed 13 consectuive cross jumps. week 5: I slacked of over the week but got back into it on the weekend with squashing and burpees. I realy like burpees. Not actually doing them but having done them. My friends make fun of them (and sometimes of me) since they saw me doing them at the side of the street, but I still like them.

  19. Week 2 resume I had a really bad week. I feel completly unmotivated, probably because I'm not getting enough sunlight since I wake up late (12 o'clock) and it gets dark early (17 o'clock). As a result I only worked out twice this week and ate only more or less good/enough. School starts again tomorrow and I hope the routine helps me get back on track. Furthermore I'm going to post my workouts here instead of my workout log for greater accountability

  21. You're right Damy. Eating enough will take some willpower.
  22. I stopped tracking my food when I stopped exercising and today when I wanted to restart tracking I found out that my brother borrowed my little food scale. I guess I just have to keep eating as much as I can and hope it's enough.
