  1. 13.September.2011 Today I went out searching for a place in the forest were I could do my barefoot sprints and found some realy good tracks with soft ground. Then I did 6 Interval sprints and tried crawling/Quadrupedalmovement for the first time and it's harder than I thought.

  3. 12.September.2011 Today I did a circle of: one arm push ups Right: 2, 2, and 1 negative, Left: 2 negatives, 1 real one and 1 negative pull ups with a 4kg dumbell: 5, 4, 4 pistols with a 4kg dumbell: 8, 8, 8 Afterwards I did the "don't go in the pain cave" mwod.

  5. The training went better then I expected. I tried doing rolls from standing/jumping before and my shoulder always hurt afterwards. I'm not sure how he would do parkour rolls with that hat of his but I believe it would look funny.
  6. Things are going good for me so far. I haven't skipp a workout up till now and started my workout log yesterday. I'll be spending my weekend in the netherlands windsurfing with my brother but I don't fear it could kill my flow since windsurfing is just another way to workout.

  10. I'm working out in my room with BW exercises. 5Kg would be perfect but I'd already be happy if I only gain 3Kg.
  11. Great there's a challenge like this here, I wanted to learn one arm push ups anyway now I'm even more eager to do so. I already started the progression from beast skills today and tomorow I'll test on what level I am now (I guess it's either lvl 3 or 4) My aim will be lvl 5.
  12. Today I set my clock for 6pm as a trigger for working out so from now on everytime I hear it ring I start warming up.

  15. This Challenge's main goal will be to make exercising a habit because I still have to convince myself before every workout even though I enjoy them. My other big goal is to bulk up and eat more. Fitness I will workout everyday so it becomes routine as fast as possible. Every other day I will do strength training which consists of BW exercises with 5-10 reps to build some muscles. On my of days I'll do mobility work or techniques (like doing a parkour roll). For each of my strength sessions I'll give myself 2 points and for every other workout 1 Point to measure how consitent I am. In addition I will take measurements and a photo once per weak. At the end of the challenge I have to have at least 50 points, be able to do a parkour roll, a handstand and have gained 5kg. Other Goals I want to be more active on the message board and start my battle log. Up till now I didn't use both because I can't really talk through written text but I believe I'm missing out on an important part of fitness. Furhtermore I will clean my room up and keep it clean. That's not really hard but I procrastrinate this a lot.
  16. Grade: C I managed 3 Handstand push ups even though I only went halfway down. I did 12 Pull ups! I did 10 Pistols per leg (I still need to hold on to something so I won't fall to the side) While on Holydays I didn't eat primal or worked out at all. On the other hand I surfed=played everyday. All in all I reached most of my goals but am not satisfied with how I did (except for the pull ups) because my goals were to vague, I didn't workout regulary and I believe I could have done better. For the next challenge I definitly need better planning.
  17. Hi there, I've decided to sign up for the message board because I started slacking of with my workouts over the last few weeks. But I think with your help I'll get back on track. Nerd Fitness inspired me to start working out even though I've always been fit. But now I want to be stronger and faster than I am now. Curently I'm eating paleo quiet often and am doing bodyweight workouts. I hope I'll start working out with logs and other weights in the future. Note: I'm still learning english so I would appreciate it if you would correct the mistakes I make. Thanks for reading.
