  1. Working away from home today and managed to get out of bed early and get in to the hotel gym for my weights session before breakfast cos I knew I wasn't going to fit it in when I get home tonight. First time ever - and I feel great as a result!!
  2. Right, here goes for my first 6 week challenge... My main quest is to lose fat and get muscle definition - basically to look good naked! I'm looking to get down to about 68kg from my current 78kg (having started at about 85kg this time last year). My three goals to be achieved by the end of this 6 week challenge are: 1. End up under 74kg 2. Lift 20% more weight during my 3x week workouts 3. Swim 1 mile in the pool in under 35 minutes My life quest is to be meditating for at least 10 minutes every day by Dec 22nd Why do all this? Because I want to be happier about how I look, feel stronger and fitter in my body and experience less stress in my mind. Basically, I want to take control of how I feel, physically and emotionally, so that I've got more energy and drive to get out there and adventure in the world. So let's get to it!
  3. Just realised that I've completed 4 full weeks of the beginner body weight training! I've lost 7lbs, started (just started!) to get a little muscle definition and I'm feeling GREAT! It's finding NF that's made the difference, and particularly the Go To Work advice. Once I realised I didn't need motivation but did need discipline, I've managed to work out, eat paleo and IF completely consistently for the last 4 weeks, which, by the way, is my longest streak ever. Thanks guys!!! WOOOOOOTTTTT!!
