  1. this is to bad i was really following this thread with high hopes and along with painter's thread .
  2. well today is the last day of the challenge i cant believe it has been six weeks already!! well my starting goals were I want to be at 185 lbs and leaner! Develop a paleo meal plan and follow through with it for six weeks - i ate pretty healthy before to accomplish the weight loss i have but have kinda stalled out and think this could be the kick start i have been looking for ! Finish my last six weeks of p90x2 - started x2 after having finished several rounds of p90x , and man x2 is whipping my butt , way harder but i love it! Be able to do 30 continuous one legged squats ( with my leg that was injured from acl replacment ) - I had acl surgery in febuary for an injury that happened in jauary, i had to re learn how to walk and lost half my muscle mass in my left leg . so needless to say its a bit weak!my final weigh in today was 188!! pretty good thats down seven pounds in six weeks which is respectable considering i probably gained some muscle . on my last week on p90x2 !! last phase started hard but im rocking it now and have no doubts i will finish , take a week break and start again ! i have developed into paleo style eating! and love it alot of people are hesitant about it but i explain and they understand . this morning i did 30 one leg squates with the last two having to be assisted :/ kinda counts big thing i have noticed some improvments on my physique but i dont think i destroyed the final boss like i had planned maybe in another six weeks he will be vanquished from my realm . I dont know wether to call this challenge a success or not i accomplished some things but not others but came dam close ! here is acouple pics taken this morning as reference compaired to the one i posted at begining of six weeks

  6. Had a pretty lousy weekend diet wise but fun! Went out to eat Friday for sushi and a few beers, Saturday went to a ugly sweater party and was having a good time drinking margaritas .   7. Not a whole lot to report still eating clean nit nothing exciting to brag about . This week has been pap upper, pap lower, yoga x2, pap upper and tonight pap lower man I am sore. Can't wait till Saturday rest day! Sent from my XT881 using Tapatalk
  8. Thanks! Pap stands for performance and power, essentially athletic training bringing together all that had been worked on in the previous ten weeks. It is broken down into two complexes they call it each complex consist of four moves done for x amount of reps or time then repeated I'm sequence three more times for a total of four sequences. First is renegade rows- 10 reps 20 lbs Second is plyo / clap pushups-6 reps Third is plank on Med ball- 1 minute Fourth is superman with weighted bar - 1 minute Then repeated three more times no breaks back to back very quick Second complex was first is towel pull ups- 10 reps (using a pullup bar with towels drapped to give more range of motion) Second- medicine ball pike press ( essentially a crunch but bringing an overhead medicine ball to meet your straight legs you bring up at same time) -15 reps Third is- hammer curl press- 10 reps 30lbs ( a hammer curl then shoulder press in one movement) Fourth roller angel- sounds easy but is so hard keep your whole back against a flat surface and make snow angels kinda ha ha Repeat three more times, was brutal no breaks back to back Sent from my XT881 using Tapatalk

  10. Doing curls and kick backs in "renegade " position. As its called is tough, forces whole bosy to work On a side note black Friday ended up getting me, the supplement store I shop had insane deals, walked our with 170 dollars in product for 45 and a ton if samples Sent from my XT881 using Tapatalk
  11. Ha ha ty yea I am always trying to push myself into doing one arm style push ups etc. Recently started doing a lot of one arm balance moves like curls and triceps kick backs. On a side not happy thanksgiving!! I ate to much today it feels like but did not break paleo at all. Had a delicious lunch of turkey thigh and partial breast, sliced and grilled sweet potatoe with pepper, and a pumpkin/pumpkin spice / whey protein/ almond milk shake to make it feel like I was not missing out on pie was great!   13. managed to get my body to enter ketosis this last week and boy did it suck haha , but after its feels great . down to 189 fully clothed ! getting excited now that im in ketosis my diet should support staying in it for awhile . did base and back yesterday resting today
