Jawline and my legs. I strive for a soccer player like physique and I feel the legs are a good starting point. -

It looks like Duality has you covered. but if you ever need a second opinion I recently built a rig that plays games at 60fps no problem and I kept the cost under $1000. http://67.227.255.239/forum/showthread.php?t=600246 Neogaf forum that is all about what kind of rig you want and the costs associated with it. -
What song can you absolutely not stop listening to lately?

The Haunting by Kamelot. Heavy Metal while working with EDI always makes the day go by faster. -
I just the Jungle Gym XT which is similar to the TRX minus that the straps are independent of each other. I found this site to be helpful. I didn't follow it exactly but I did modify it to fulfill my needs. http://sealgrinderpt.com/navy-seal-workout/suspension-trainer-exercises.html/ It also incorporates some Crossfit WODs which I enjoyed as a few of my friends are in Xfit so we have some common ground. If you need to mix it up, there are a few suspenion training posters on amazon for around $10 that show you 50+ exercises and what part of the body they help.

I have the Jungle Gym XT that I got off ebay for $30 and was in amazing shape. The trianing video is decent but as others have mentioned you get better resources off the internet to build a routine that works best for you. the J Gym gets a higher rating then the TRX in my book just because of the independent straps.

Annoying comments you hear all the time

This one is pretty hilarious but someone told me I was a not a *real* runner because I use headphones when I run. apparently music are only for the fakers and not the elite group of runners. -
This looks pretty good. I feel I will need a break from FF 14 and it looks like ToA has some of the things I miss for Shadowbane.

Hi everyone, My name is Brian and while I've been in shape for awhile a recent knee injury took me out of commission and the daily quests of life have slowed me down. I've been researching new routines to help me get back into shape and while it is easy to talk yourself out of a work out I decided I would start posting online to discuss and motivate others which will also hold me accountable and motivate me to continue my goals. Here are my stats and goals so you have an idea on what I am doing. Stats: Male 30 years old 6' tall Current weight: 179 I've been a runner all my life so while my legs are in great shape they can always be better and my upper body is in need of love. Goals: Reduce weight to 173~ range. Once at my desirable weight I want to increase my protein and caloric intake to work towards 50 push ups without rest and 20 pull ups without rest. and I look forward to talking, motivating and working with everyone. Methods: I'm not a fan of the gym so I do all my workouts from home. I'm into suspension training so that and body weight exercises will be my road to success.
