Hey, I'm Arran. This is my first challenge. It wasn't planned, I just saw it on my newsfeed and thought yeah, why not. I used to weigh 236kg then, after much dieting and surgery, I got down to 104kg, the lightest I'd been since I was about 10 years old. After a few health issues I've crept up to about 120kg which I'm not happy about. I have several suits I want to wear and they just don't fit well enough. So my goal is, starting from tomorrow (its 12 November here already so I will be starting 2 days late) is jogging three days a week and eating healthier. I do have a gym membership so I will try and get to the gym at least once a week which, with my current workload, is about all I can manage (hence the jogging). That's about it, I need to get back to work.
