  1. Title says it all, I rarely feel hungry and it's making me worry. I can't eat or think about eating when I wake up, this feeling holds on untill around 12-1PM. Lunch is by far my favorite time to eat, but then the spiral continues as I don't get hungry in the evening either. I get a light craving around 9-11PM. I'm losing weight while I want to gain 15kg. I'm 1.86 and fell down to 64,8kg atm, which feels like garbage. Anyone struggling with the same issue, or someone has some tips? Kind regards, my fellow nerds

  3. I mainly longboard to keep my (wave)surfing balance up to date! Depending on what style/theme you like I could give you some suggestions! I'm a big fan of fantasy and animation myself.
  4. Well I'm a self taught piano player but I'm getting rusty at it since I don't practice so often anymore. With the warmer days coming I can continue longboarding and slacklining as a fun way to exercise aswell. I'm also getting back into the ido portal workouts. I really don't like sitting still and love learning random things like juggling ( which I already mastered haha ), but also have a strong connection to series and movies!
  5. I actually started writing because I can't draw that well. Still I have really vivid dreams and fantasies that I wanted to work out, so I started describing them as detailled as possible. Really enjoyed making and perfecting small and bigger stories. Thanks, let's hope it will be for the long run this time
  6. I would like to get back to the things that made me happier in general. First of all getting healthy in habits and in looks aswell, so back to calistenics. Furthermore I would like to rekindle my passion for writing and some other hobbies!

Hey there rebels, Once again reporting in with a few more years of wisdom to add to my young life. 23 years old and fairly unhappy where I am right now, but trying to change it for the better in the coming months/years! Let's make it a good story with much more chapters to come. Feel free to ask anything or strike up a random conversation!
  8. Title says is all. I'm 20 years old, I'm around 1,80m in length and I weigh around 65 Kg. I would like to add some muscle, but not the bodybuilding kind. I'm currently doing alot of pushups and plank, any tips are welcome!
  9. Hello fellow rebels, Allow me to introduce: My name is Pauwelzz, a 20 year old male from The Netherlands. I am 180cm tall and I weigh 63 Kg. I'm currently studying to be a commercial sales expert on the university in Vlissingen. I love rpg's like fallout, borderlands, skyrim etc. I'm also into surfing ( no sail, just waves ). I also love to dance, poppin and lockin for the interested. I'm also a big fan of hand balancing. I'm playing the piano and thinking about picking up the ukelele. Last but not least, i'm also into the male fashion thing. So yeah, I'm 'that' kind of guy that can do anything pretty well, from making music to sports etc. What do I want here? The reason I am being honest is because I'm extremely unhappy with myself.... I'm a 'do everything last minute' person. and I hate it. Also I'm not happy about the way my body looks. I'm a skinny guy, can eat whatever I want and never gain weight. A blessing? More like a curse to me. Introductions are done, my 6 week Main quest will be: Gain at least 5 Kg Healthy weight, and try to make healthy living a habit. Subquests: - Workout at least twice a week, cardio and strength seperated. (4x a week total) - Consume at least 3000 cal. a day. - Get 8 hours of sleep every day. Life Quest: Get my 'Propedeuse', Similar to a token of graduation, in 1 year, and get happy with who you are again. Why are you doing this quest? I am 20 years old. I'm not sure if I should introduce myself as a man or as a boy. I just want that I can say to myself that I will be a better man then the boy from 6 weeks ago. My life has been an unregulated mess. I want to get some structure going and I could use some support. So why do you 'bother' us with your story? For me this is like my journal. I really hope I get some reactions or views going on this article, because I don't like letting people down. So when I say: I will post results every 3-4 days on this post, and some of you actually are waiting to read it, then I'll get more motivated to do it to not let you down. This is all very basic information of me, I hope I will get to know alot of the fellow members of this wonderfull site, and maybe a few members personal. This is Pauwelzz, just another rebel with some plans. But I'll hope I won't let you, but more importantly, myself down this time. - ;tldr, Bulk up- get strong- more structure
