  1. Hi Silkie, Sounds like you've already done a lot to get your life back under control and on a right path. What do your workouts look like (how many times a week, what are you doing each day, etc)? Bon Voyage! Garrett
  2. Ok, so after I did the advanced circuit training workout last week, my body was toast. I did it on Sunday, and I was sore until Friday. I did some mild exercises and cardio during the week, but today was the first day that I actually went back to the workout. My body should be in less shock tomorrow from the workout since I tore my muscles to peices last week. As far as my sub-goals, here are my grades for the week: Advanced Circuit Training 3x a week: A Eating ______ qaulity calories a day: C (overall eat healthy but not sure my calorie intake was where it needed to be) Get 8 hours of sleep each night: A- Drink approx. 50 oz of water daily: B Need to work on figuring the calorie intake I need, as well as when to eat pre-post workout.
  3. Dude, thirty minutes of abs sounds intense. You've done a good job of staying on track with posting and your workouts it seems!
  4. Hey there, I've been in an off-and-on relationship with the gym for the last year and a half (ouch, kinda hurts to say that). I would like to workout more at home, and discovered this site a few days ago. I'm joining the challenge almost a week late, but want to go ahead and jump in. My Goal: I will Build Muscle, Get Stronger, and be healthier My Sub-Goals: I will do the advanced circuit training workout at least 3x each week I will eat _________ quality calories a day I will get 8 hours of sleep each night I will drink approximately 50oz of water each day Motivation: Look better and feel better I want to stick with this over the next 5 weeks, and see what change will happen. The reason my # of calories is blank is because I'm not sure how many calories I should consume each day...I need to figure this out. I'm currently 6'1" and about 180, 24 years old. Any thoughts/suggestions on getting this started, as well as the calorie intake, send them my way.
