Well, I'm back. All was going well until 2017 threw me a curveball in the way of a broken ankle. Okay so maybe I did that to myself at the skatepark but nonetheless, it's a setback and I think I'm gonna need some help overcoming it. Onwards and Upwards!

I know how you feel. A couple days ago I was in the middle of a very painful something or other at thegym, I mean, I was totally grimacing, and this fat guy just walked right past my face on the street, right outside the big ass window. He looked at me, all calm and relaxed and composed. And I though, he wins. Why I am doing this for? I keep forgeting what this is about, sometimes.

I think it's fine once in a while to just have a "fat" lazy day. As long as you feel fine with it.

Nerd Moment of the Day: set up an automated script to run my file downloader on off-peak internet times. I'm not quite dedicated enough to the internets to get up at 2am to set things to download... That's what technology is for!

MFP tricked me into eating 1000cal less then I should be every day this weel (wrong setting, whoops!) No wonder I've been so bone tired all week! Bring on the re-feed.

I don't need MFP to trick me into eating too little. I do it on my own, even though I really shouldn't. Actually, MFP's been helping me keep above 1,000.
