  1. The joking stuff aside, I can see Emmy working to end homelessness, or as an environmental activist, or both. She literally cares that much. Her question is simple why do things that hurt other people? Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  2. Emmy and I had a very open talk about the darkness that is in our heads. My girl is very empathic and understands so much and has in many ways grown up faster than many adults let alone 13 year olds. Then we had a cup of tea with honey in it and Sao cracker sandwiches with vegemite and butter squeezing them together so the butter and vegemite "wormed" out of the holes. Emmy has started plotting to take over the world. First she will destroy Donald Trump because he is the worst President of America ever. When I said some Americans believe he is a good President her reply was "We know some Americans are a little cuckoo Dad, but I love them anyway." Then she planned to get the Australian guy (Prime Minister Scott Morrison). Once she gets rid of them and rules the world she will end homelessness, give everyone enough money to pay for food and their homes, destroy anyone who is wrecking the environment and make sure everyone is loved. It will also be against the law to go to bed without a teddy bear. She will make a big dent in the shape of the world so everyone is loved. The dent will make the world heart shaped. Gods my Emmy is one of the most compassionate and caring people I know. I need to keep that light shining in our world, we need it. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  3. Thank you gorgeous. Day at a time for both of us. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  4. More emotional stuff today. I have my girls with me for the weekend as usual. Yes girls. Elaina is out of hospital. They resolved the vomiting and think the tummy pain is due to her scar tissue. An okay result, and she insisted on staying with her Dad. [emoji4] Emmy came with me of course. She loves staying at mine and eating more vegetables than at home. Now I have to get to the emotional stuff. So many of you have shown such kindness to me and my girls, especially for my Emmy.@Terra made me cry at her kindness. I love and appreciate you all. I am so grateful for your support. Ah fuckit, tearing up again. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  5. Terra, thanks for making me cry with your words of kindness. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  6. Make your challenges about getting shit together. Also allow for your hormonal cycle. That stuff is going to wreak havoc regularly, so account for it in your planning. Make it self care week or whatever you need to do in order to look after yourself during it. Hel my challenge has morphed from training for a 10k to supporting a suicidal 13 yr old girl. Life chucks shit at us. Adapt and conquer. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  7. Nah, go big or go home. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  8. Awesome you are doing all the things, mostly. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  9. We are a right pair arent we? It is my right knee I stuffed up as well. Congrats on organising the work stuff to meet your needs. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  10. Yes that was slutty on her finger. Which is nonsense as she has no real interest in a love life at this stage. I agree most of those terms have come from school. She is in her first year of high school. She was bullied earlier this year, by her friends. They even picked on her eyebrows for some reason. I mean wtf? Who criticises eyebrows ffs. These girls are my babies. They may not be mine genetically, but they have been my daughters since October 2012. Even their mother at her most spiteful during the break up never denied that I am their father. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  11. Fuck me what a night. My Nina has been experiencing tummy pain recently. Today she has been vomiting. Bec took her to the local hospital in Cootamundra. They decide to transfer her to Wagga Base. Meanwhile my Emmy is having a down night. Feeling suicidal and writing on her arm. Things like she is ugly, stupid and fat. Ffs. She is none of those things. She is a nice healthy 54kg at 161cm tall. You have seen her pictures in this thread. There is no way she could be viewed as ugly (except by spiteful assholes and they are nonhuman and therefore dont count). Yes she has learning difficulties due to her autism and childhood traumas. But she aint stupid. So at 9.45pm (2.5 hours ago as I write this) I jump in my car and drive to Coota, to be with my Emmy and siblings. I got here an hour after leaving. I help Emmy settle into bed and give her her night time medications. She is now asleep. Bec is currently in the ambulance with Elaina as it heads into Wagga. They left Coota about the same time I arrived. I am writing to process this stuff more than anything. Pictures are the writing on Emmy's hand (there is more on her forearm), Emmy and Elaina. 12. I tried evil overlord bent upon the destruction of the universe, but everyone laughed. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  13. My knee is still out. Seeing a quack tomorrow, probably will end up getting a scan of some sort. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  14. I got mine from amazon Oz. It was $50 cheaper than from Garmin direct. I used some of my tax return to pay for it. They are pricier than fitbits and other smartwatches. Yet seem to be better fitness trackers and generally a more solid piece of kit. It all depends on what you want. The instinct is more tracker than general smartwatch. The fitbit versa has more smartwatch features and is cheaper, but didnt have the tracking features I was after. My daughter has one for comparison. I like the use of buttons over the touchscreen as well. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  15. Its my innocent smile and Aussie boy charm. [emoji3] No matter how much I tell people I am a meany, everyone thinks I am nice. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  16. I hope things go well for getting bubs out. I wouldn't stress too much about the other stuff. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk

  18. Watch is fun, so is the app. Actually went for a short walk the other day. Using the watch to track. It was surprisingly easy to use. It records all the things. Which is way cool. Emmy is managing to deal with her inner darkness. She still feels like suicide is an option. Which sucks. But she knows how much she is valued and loved. I am trying to keep her feeling loved and my special Emmy. My Theo is helping her to smile and laugh with some of his antics. I have the kids an extra night this weekend. Bec has come down with a cold and isn't well enough to look after the kids. So they miss out on school tomorrow. Sigh. But I get to enjoy their company for an extra day, so a win there. Photos of the cool tracky things. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  19. If memory serves I was the worst offender. But Mr Willes got the blame, now that is the work of a master villian. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  20. Noticed the tapatalk issue too. Hair looks great, and you look gorgeous. Yay on all the wins, that I did get to see. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  21. Yeah, try Road Trip (the Stomp) by Saor (pronounced shore) Patrol. That is one of my favourites. BTC and Skiltron are more Celtic rock/metal. If you want really different try Rufus Harley, for some old school Blues on the bagpipes. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
  22. Unfortunately no,@jedi_mind, I have an Oppo. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk

  25. Yes I definitely remember the celery thread. I was definitely not involved. Nor did I start said incident. I am an innocent bystander. Sent from my CPH1725 using Tapatalk
