  2. This week is way better. Did all my workouts and I am feeling better. I think is finally getting better, after about 15 weeks (!!!) I started doing deep Squats and Lunges and I can do it without any pain. I think if I am being patient and start slowly I will soon be able to play volleyball again. Tomorrow I have a workout with a fitness rehab coach. We will see what he can tell me. Looking forward to it! =)
  3. Graz ist sehr schön. Was arbeitest du denn? Die Sprache ist wirklich schwierig, aber das wird schon besser werden mit der Zeit. Ich glaube dass die Fitness überall in Österreich ziemlich gleich ist.

  6. What a horrible start and first week for me. Only one full workout and only two learning sessions longer than two hours. Only my knee workout was okay with 4 our 5 days. Time to step up the game next week.
  7. I thought it would maybe help my knee rehab.
  8. What's the best way to train the inner upper leg (I don't know the exact englisch term^^) without a machine?

  12. Thanks! Today is better, but I lost the whole day. I will try to be hard to myself during todays workout to make up for it. My body wasn't ready for that amount of Volleyball I played and I ignored the pain in my knee for too long and now I am paying the price. I have a constant pain at the start of my Patellar tendon and it doen't get better. It's so frustating. I have no idea how long it will take me to start playing again. Could be some weeks, or it could be the whole year. I hadn't a chance to practise Volleyball for about 13 weeks now... Sorry! Didn't know I had to do that, but now it's done =)

If you're feeling proud of yourself in the evening you're doing the right thing. I know it sounds really hard, but it will be worth it! (and it's getting better with time^^)
  14. I have a question: Why do you do such an isolated exercise like a Tricep Kickback? I'm asking because I was always wondering if I should do them myself.
