  1. ok, thank you im tryin to learn nutritional info as i go, but yea prolly not the best idea to drink it alot, i usually only drink the strawberry banana one. thank you though
  2. so i like the v8 fruit and vegatable drinks, those good for a diet? drinking a decent amount of those, whats your guys thoughts on these?
  3. im not sure where you all live, but my favorite smoothie place is pulp, now on paleo or whatever else diet, do you guys recomend pulp? i absoloutly love peanut butter and milk those are incredibl;y hard for me to give up, pulp has a pb&g its peanut butter, oats, raisins,yogurt, and bananas, would you guys all recomend i stay using this place and their smoothies? i especially love the protien packer dont know ingredients off hand but whats your thoughts?

  6. hello everyone, The names Dave, my story isint to long, i was born in 1990 i love games my current game battle is if i should get a xbox one or ps4..not the reason im here though. i was born 3 months pre mature and had to have open hearrt surgery i wasn't supposed to survuve but hell here i am 6'0 tall at 210 lbs cant complain right? i have asthma my left side hip gets stuck my back sucks here and there but i wont let it stop me, i started a new goal a new fight and i NEED support form any and everyone who wants to help and motivate me because i wont lie, i tend to be a bit lazy when it comes to getting into work outs and all. but in june 2014 i plan to sign up for a police academy... i am not completely out of shape but i cant quite run a mile anymore. im gonna give this paleo diet a go and start exercising and working out more, any help and fun ideas feel free to let me know, i also want to know ways to make my core stronger i have some ways but needs improvement. i have a fight. i have a demon and i have goals to meet by june. im no link but i damn sure dont wanna go down and fail! again any help and support is greatly appreciated . thank you all for your time. and i appologize for my multiple spelling and grammer errors. also this incredibly long run on....oops. e-mail is davidlstewart90@gmail.com im not sure how messaging works on here yet but thats my e-mail, i can give my phone number to those who wish to contact me that way for pep talks and rallying me to move! and if anyone has inspirational work out videos i am a fan haha. thank you everyone!
