Thanks man! I'm always one who's up for a good discussion, and I feel like the most important part of the writing process is engaging with people who read it. It helps me become a better writer (did people understand the point I was trying to get across/did I present the topic well?) and it helps me learn more about the topic (because I'm sure there's always something I miss that someone else will spot). About forward lean - it wasn't different belt vs. no belt, but it was different first rep vs. last rep (more forward lean as you fatigue, regardless of belt useage).
