I think I caught my sister stealing from my grandmother, or at least trying to. My grandmother already has some jewelry missing, and I am getting blamed...do I tell my grandmother and risk my sister hating me or what?
-
Your grandmother has a right to know. Try talking to your sister first though and telling her she has x days to come clean and return the jewelry. It's what I would do. Or sneak into your sisters place, find the jewelry and tell your grandmother you found it while helping her clean.

Snitches get stitches. Keep your room locked so she can't set you up and let it sort itself out. Thieves that steal from family aren't intelligent enough to keep it secret for long. If you confront her you run the risk of her setting you up for it.

I did confront her and she lied to my face. I'm just going to make sure she can't take anything else and let herself get caught so..yup

Any ideas on squatting? I find that having my feet a little wider than shoulder width helps me out, but I fear that may be the wrong form

That isn't spam; I found it when I was wondering whether I was squatting wrong. This made me feel better about my twice-shoulder-width stance.

So as long as my back is straight and my knees are behind my toes, it's good form?
