  2. So I'm reading the rebel strength guide, and it's talking about calorie bomb shakes, and adding oatmeal to them. And I'm wondering if that's supposed to be cooked or uncooked oatmeal? I'm thinking about trying one tomorrow with uncooked oatmeal, simply because it would save time, but I'm curious how most people do it. Thanks - prob a dumb question for a first post!
