  2. It's always good to still get something done even on the not too intense days. I love the feeling after I exercise, especially when I didn't want to at the beginning of the exercise, cause afterwords I'm like come at me bro, that was amazing, I demand another.
  3. Congrats on keeping up on your routine and not having any cigarettes. I wish I could get up that early, but since I can't I have come to terms with exercising in the evening.
  4. I also forgot, yesterday was leg day, today is I hate stairs day.
  5. Congrats on your first week. I understand about cleaning. Sometimes it is just a pain, but still great job.
  6. Ok, so I'm not so good at posting on here but I have been good at going to the gym. I am officially going four times a week and last time I weighed myself I had lost five pounds. So I'm super excited. I am having a love hate relationship with juices and sodas, as in I go almost a week without ether, then one day with them in every meal. I am eating veggies at least once a day, and started finding a really good protein banana muffin recipe that helps reduce cravings. I'll get a good copy of it and post it here for everyone to take an use. Also thanks for all of the support.

  8. Found you Via Geek Show, and really like that you got me involved with this. I just started on this 6 week setup and can use all the help I can get. Thanks and good luck on leveling this six weeks.

  11. Thank you for all of the encouragement. I'm feeling good this week so far. I have gone to the gym twice already and have had good luck at eating a serving of vegetable. I had tea with my lunch today and it was super tasty, Earl Grey, Hot.

  13. Thanks for the advice claysad and rocky555. I have to admit I do love me a nice Earl Grey. When I do coffee I tend to do a light roast because I find they are more flavorful and don't need any of the other things.
