  2. I need five new foods, preferrably snack foods, that I can add to my diet this week. Suggest some of your favorite obscure foods!

      daikon radish is great snack alternative to carrots. Peeled and sliced sorta thin - great crunchiness with a mild bite. I like it with a touch of seasoning salt. Others like it with a bit of dip.

  3. Ate a grilled chicken salad instead of a burger for lunch today. Every good decision counts!

  4. Bill Watterson guest drew three strips for Pearls Before Swine. I don't even have words for this.

      Yes they do. 'Specially if they are roasted with garlic, (bacon if you're into it), and glazed with balsamic vinegar. OMNOM.
