  1. What is BBWW? I tried to Google it and it gave me some interesting links but none that I thought fit....
  2. My goal: 12lbs lighter and down a size in jeans. (That's 2lbs a week. Healthy right) How I will get there: Do the beginners workout every other dayWalk on breaks at work x4days/wkEat strictly paleo at least 5xs/wkSide note goals: Keep a journal of 3 things I am grateful for each day. PUTTIN' ON MY HARD HAT!!
  3. That's what I do. I add the fruit into a blender, so yes it's smoothie like.

  5. Hi I'm Sarah and I'm new to Nerd Fitness. I started following the blog December 4th and the first step is admitting you have a problem. The problem is I love this site! I can't get enough of it so today I decided that I would become a real life member. Geeee!!!
  6. I know I know drinking juice is bad. Even the "healthy" stuff like Bolthouse and Naked Juice that are supposed to be good for you are loaded with sugar and you don't get the fiber like you would if you just ate the berries and apples etc....HOWEVER, what if I say threw a handful or two of berries and a slash of almond milk or water? Would that be just as bad or would I reap the benefits? Thanks!
