  1. It might not be that big of a deal, but I feel fantastic about it, considering about a week ago, I only could complete one. and, only three days ago, I could only complete one and a half.
  2. Rest day 1-2, week 2, Tuesday: Breakfast: small bowl of cereal. was running late. Lunch: Pizza Dinner: Turkey, rice, and guacamole. Wednesday: Breakfast: Bacon and eggs. Lunch: wasn't really hungry enough for anything, ate some pie. dinner: chicken, rice, and broccoli. Workout day 2: Thrusday, Jan. 2'nd: Breakfast: Cereal, was late again. Lunch, enchiladas, rice, beans, pico de gallo, and guacamole. DInner: lunch was too much food, didn't eat. I finally did two full circuits in my workout! And I feel pretty dang good about it, too, lol. 1'st round: 20 B.W squats. 10 pushups. 20 (non)walking lunges. 10 dumbell rows. 15 sec. plank. 30 jumping jacks. 2'nd round: 20 B.W squats. 10 pushups. 20 (non)walking lunges. 10 dumbell rows. 15 sec. plank. 30 jumping jacks. Sorry didn't update yesterday, was witth girlfriends family again for new years. I don't plan on making this a habit, as I am trying to keep a schedule.
  3. I keep forgetting to update this. Week 2, workout day one, Dec. 30. Breakfast: Eggs, with sriacha. A terrible choice. Not because Sriachas bad, i just don't like the flavour of the sauce itself. Lunch/dinner: homemade chili. It was quite good. Workout: 1'st round: 20 B.W squats. 10 pushups. 20 (non)walking lunges. 10 dumbell rows. 15 sec. plank. 30 jumping jacks. Round two: 20 B.W squats. 8 pushups. 15 leg (non)walking lunges. 10 dumbell rows. 10. sec. plank. 30 jumping jacks. Slowly getting around to a full circuit :-D
  4. Sorry I have been out for the past couple days, I was staying over at my girlfriends familys house, and haven't been able to get on till tonight. Rest day 1: Tuesday, Dec 24: Foods: Breakfast: More eggs(honestly can't remember how I made them that day, scrambled probably.) Lunch: didn't have a lot of time to make food, went with a good ol can of chili. Dinner: Turkey, some steamed rice, salad, and some food I don't really know what is called. It was like a mix of stuffing, and refried beans, but I honestly don't know what it was. Rest day two: Wednesday, Dec 25 I coulnd't work out yesterday, I was with my girlfriend until 10:00, then had an hour drive back to my place. As such, I went to sleep as soon as I got home. Breakfast: Didn't get to eat, drove my girlfriend, and myself to my sisters house for Christmas. Lunch: Turkey, rice, ham, cheesy potatoes. Dinner: wasn't really hungry, ate mango and orange when I did get to my house at 11. Workout day two: Dec 26: Foods: Breakfast: More eggs. I'm seriosly becoming an egg addict, it seems. Lunch: as with last night, wasn't really hungry, ate mango, and orange. Dinner: Went to Chili's with brother, his fiance, our friend, and my cousin; had fajitas, rice(cutting down on rice, I am trying to go paleo after all), pico de gallo, beans, and guacamole. Workout: Same as before, attemted second round of it, got about halfway there. 1'st round: 20 B.W squats. 10 pushups. 20 (non)walking lunges. 10 dumbell rows. 15 sec. plank. 30 jumping jacks. Round two: 20 B.W squats. 5 pushups. 5 each leg (non)walking lunges. 10 dumbell rows. about 5 sec. plank. 30 jumping jacks. All in all, I'm pretty happy I got as far as I did in the second part. While not a big improvement, was helpful to see how far I can go. Sorry about the long post, but as I said, first time in two days I could get on. -Roth.
  5. As it turns out, I love bananas as much as everyones favourite Kong, but someone stole my banana horde. Also, it seems I am much too low leveled to fight this fiend, so I have decided to fix that, and steal my bananas back from this villian! Meals: Breakfast: Four scrambled eggs with a dash of salt. Nothing fancy, as I was running a little late for class. Lunch: fried rice, mixed vegetables, chicken, and beef As I had been out for a while, in class, then very late christmas shopping, I ate out, but, I don't believe it was the worst possible thing I could've eaten. Looking back on it now, I do believe I should have eaten better, but, the past is the past. Workout: Started begginers Body weight training, and damn, I'm not as in good health as I thought I was. Was only able to complete one circuit, but I went as far as I could, and didn't push myself to go farther. All in all, I say I did pretty well. 20 B.W squats. 10 pushups. 20 (non)walking lunges. 10 dumbell rows. 15 sec. plank. 30 jumping jacks. I honestly was too tired to continue with workout after first round. Will work up until I get to all three rounds, and then some.
  6. My names Bangoroth, or Roth, as I often have to shorten it in video games (curse those video games for not having a longer name input...uh...dealie.) I am 24 years alive, and looking to be the best Bangoroth I can be. Today was Day 1 for me toward that, and I beleive that I will go the distance. Yes, I did sing that as I typed it. Well, that's all for now, and I will continue with my battle plan. -Roth
