  10. If your truly in pain and can't walk, you should definetly go work out. You don't have to to a squat, but you can do a leggpress machine. And it doesn't have to be superheavy. If you're so sore you can't walk the day after, you should train again, not heavy but easy. Cause day 2 and day 3 will get worse
  11. Bruce Willis is old yes, and he still sports a body that is more impressive than most people in lower age groups.
  12. I did the same thing. My biceps where extremely sore for over a week. Then my father told me to quit bitchin and go to the gym and train my biceps. The next day I didn't feel a thing ( compared to the day before ).
  13. I have the same problem. But I'm aiming low as it is my first challenge, and I just started measuring body fat so I don't really have any experience.
  14. I couldn't disagree more, egg's are so much better. There is no try only to do ( before you go work out ).
  15. If you get up early to work out your body is just going to respond negatively by producing cortisol.
  16. yes you should lift weights with sore muscles. If you avoid using them, you're just prolonging the soreness. Im usually allways sore in some muscles when I work out, but I push even harder the next time.
  17. Well seeing a picture of myself was good for me in the long run. It made me change my ways. I had allreay dieted down, and then slowly I gained weight again, but I couldn't see it. Then I came home from vacation and saw the pictures. I realised I had to do something, and that actually changed my life in many many ways
  18. Personally I hate protein powder, and don't see the need for it. But hey that's just me though
  19. The picture feeling. I know EXACTLY how you feel. (well my photo was on facebook not in an actuall book ).
  20. I bet if someone did research on scales, it would show that scales increases cortisol. aaand we all know what that does to the body : (
  21. The batteries for my scale just stopped working. So I [THREW IT ON THE GROUND] just don't bother to buy new ones.
