  1. Lunch is chopped salad with mixed greens, celrey, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, orange bell pepper, 4 olives, and a can of tuna all dressed with garlic olive oil and a few splashes of red wine vinegar. Tuna without mayo is not that great but the balance of flavors makes this dish work for me.

      you can make mayo that is healthier and tastier than the stuff you buy at the store! also, i like to mush up 1/2 an avocado with a can of tuna and load it up with chopped up celery or pickles. : ] add a pinch of salt and/or a splash of lime juice, and you're in business!
