    Haha I got one of these at whole foods, taste was acidic, but have never actually seen people brew their own! You learn something new each day.
  3. Mesomorph before they changed the formula. I now use jacked if I go a period of time without working out. I've weened down to just a rockstar drink and can upkeep my intensity.
  4. For the morning I just eat a banana or something and go on my morning run. Your body is already starving from the night so it's not the best for muscle and recovery if your pushing your body more without nutrients. But I share a lot of the same problems as you with eating late etc etc. Good luck on getting your 10k.

  6. Protein bars are good. It's hard to eat when travelling. I make my own protein smoothies and muster up the taste after it goes warm, but still drink it. Oats are easy to make and easy on the stomach as well. Maybe you can get protein shakes already made and drink when you have to.
  7. No on every question and only use ON Whey. It's been tested and proven independatly that they have the most protein in their servings (they do least lying on the nutrition facts)
  8. 2x on the coconut oil. I'm not a master in nails, but certain vitamin deficiancies can cause you to have the white spots in nails/cracked nails.
  9. Get a juicer/blender and make your own juices and its really easy. You have to poop within 20 minutes and you know what is in there without the sugars to make it taste good.
  10. Tons of great suggestions here. Stop expecting things to happen (meditation to be good) and just do it for the sake of completing that task and put 100% of your attention into it. After enough sessions, you'll be able to control your attention and focus on things that really matter. Right now your leash is loose and we need to tighten it to. Try to think of everything as an object. Your feelings, emotions, your body is all separated from each other. It doesn't make you, it just makes what you feel. Don't identify with that feeling. Know that feeling came from somewhere and it is in whatever form you want it to be. You control everything. You can make yourself feel anything you want. What you feel is what you will seek, what you seek is what you will produce. Feel the way you want to feel. Like to feel accomplished? Do tasks to make yourself feel good. Fall in love with practice.
  11. Unless your doing contest prep, drink the juice. No need to go crazy. Count your calories and stay within them and the juice should be just like anything else, albeit a bit more of empty calories.
  12. I find 3 eggs between some wheat rye toast and a bunch of veggies like tomatoes, kale, spinach,salt amazing
  13. Your body will readjust. Just give it some time. You will feel amazing in a couple of days. I wish I had the will to do this. I've cut down to just grains in the AM. Let's see how it goes.
