  2. This is week 4 right? I'm still hard at it! I finished all three assignments and I'm getting close to finishing the next assignment for the next unit. I'd like to have the next unit finished by the end of this week! Paleo diet has been really good! I have had my odd bad meal here and there but I don't hold it against myself, I'm following Steves Never Two In A Row rule and just get right back to it! I'm down to 84.2kgs / 185.6lbs which puts me at a total loss of 7.8kgs / 17.1lbs
  3. So I'm coming up to the end of week 2, thought i'd do an update I got my resume all polished up and sent off, apparently it can take up to 6 weeks to hear back, but I've got my fingers crossed! The exercising has been going really well, I've been nailing all my exercises and workouts and I've had no junk food at all in weeks now, nearly 100% paleo so I'm really happy with that! I've started getting stuck into my Diploma of Graphic Design, I've got three assignments left for this unit, I'd like to get them all done by the end of the 6 week challenge, shouldn't be a problem

  5. Thanks guys, I'm currently following a Paleo diet plan, eating at about a 500-800 calorie defecate. Yesterday marked the start of Week 3! I weighed in at 87.9kg / 193.7 lbs putting my total weight loss so far at 4.1kgs / 9lbs I bought a FitBit Flex yesterday for fun an motivation! It's definitely getting me up and wanting to do more walking, which is good cause I've started my Walk to Mordor!

I love idea of walking to Mordor it's really motivated me to do more walking Awesome man I found the first week I tried Paleo I was craving something sweet by the end of the first week, I let myself have one small treat and then went right back on it, since then I haven't had any cravings so things are going really good! Good luck with your Paleo diet!
  7. Hey guys, update for day 2! I've started my Walk to Mordor! Currently at 3km / 1.86miles. Office is 80% cleaned.Diet has been 100% PaleoResume is 70% doneDefinitely feels good to be so productive, I had to swap my workout day from yesterday to today, but that's no problem I have a pull-up bar installed now
  8. Thanks man! I'm now signed up to the 6 week challenge so I'll see you there! We're going through a heat wave at the moment (In Australia) and it was bloody hot today! I didn't let that stop me though I hit legs day and I hit it hard! By the end of the session I had sweat pouring off me. My shirt was drenched, my arms glistened and my legs would barely let me stand afterwards, but it sure felt great to give it everything!
  9. I'm going with the Adventurers as It feels like I'm going down a new path and a new adventure where I'll be learning loads of things along the way. I'd like to be that Wandering Adventurer that others can pass by and get help,advice and motivation from!

  11. Howdy guys, first post in the forums although I've been lurking for about a week I thought I'd make a post in the Daily Battle Logs so I could track my progress and help stay motivated! My goals are to Lose Weight and Gain Muscle. My ideal physique would be the "Beach Body". I'm currently doing a mix of cardio and bodyweight training, while eating healthy (mostly paleo) and getting plenty of protein. Yesterday marked week one of my new lifestyle, I'm 170cm/5'6" and I started at 92kgs/202.8lbs.
