  1. 1) What is/isn't working for me? Going back to stretching before bed on my gym days has definitely kept me from skipping the non-gym day stretching. Also, doubling up on the handstand work really helps out too. 2) Do I need to increase/tone down activity? I think I'm just about where I need to bed. I don't feel the need to change anything. 3) What should I do to adjust my goals? Food issues? Motivation issues? What can be done? See #2

  7. I was SO close to getting all A's for the week, then last night happened. I was planning on doing my handstands and stretches but then I got completely sucked into the book and didn't look up until it was 30 minutes past bedtime and roommates were sleeping. I still hadn't showered or anything. Day 21 Handstands: Nope. Stretches: Nope. IF Goodness: Check. Stretches: Check. Week 3 Review Handstands: B. These are getting more and more stable, and I can actually feel some strength while holding it. The negatives are still pretty wobbly though. Stretches: B. Slow but steady progress, it's still hard to believe I can actually touch my toes and stuff now. IF Goodness: A. Getting back into the habit. Be Creative: A. Still chugging along, just slower than at first. Sorry in the slow-down in turning out the episodes.

  9. Don't say you ate it when you didn't, that's just confirming in her head that you aren't 100% into whole 30 and that she can still influence your eating decisions. And if she finds out that you were lieing, brace for one hell of an argument and hurt feelings. I also wouldn't throw it out if she was the one who bought it, unless you can't NOT eat it when all of it is just sitting around. Simply tell her that you don't eat that shit stuff anymore, that you have no taste for it anymore, and that you won't eat any more of it (then stay true to your word, don't eat any of it again). That's it. DON'T get into an argument about it, just calmly state your intentions and leave it at that. If she tries making it into an argument, just repeat yourself calmly and go about doing whatever it was you were doing. At the most, calmly explain your reasonings exactly like you did here. Like Minion said, next time she says she's doing whole 30, just point out that whatever not-whole30 food she's eating at the time isn't whole 30. Don't be judgemental or passive about it, just don't let her lies/rationalizations slide anymore. At the end of the day, your mental and physical well-being is your responsibility and yours alone, don't let anyone sabotage your goals... especially if they're people you care about. Your gf can't MAKE you put a slice of pizza in your mouth, she can't MAKE you eat a nasty piece of pie, you're the only one controlling your hands. As for the other relationship troubles, I can't help you there. I think she might be getting insecure from all the gains you're making and the school thing, and fearing she might lose you... but I don't know her and I don't know yall's relationship. I hope everything works out for you.

  11. Week 3 is almost over? Already!? Holy moly. Day 20: Handstands: Check. The two sessions a day are really helping. Stretches: Check. IF Goodness: Nope. I was super hungry so I ate some boiled eggs. Be Creative: Check. More of episode 9.

  15. I can barely remember lyrics, I can remember titles and artists slightly less, and I can't remember movie quotes AT ALL. The guys I used to work with would go around quoting movies all the time and I'd be sitting there going uhhhh..... Don't even think about asking me about actors/actresses!
  16. Sometimes a night out with friends is just what the doctor (should've) ordered! Good to hear you had a good night. I used to think I would die alone all the time, still do sometimes. Edit: Can't believe I missed your dress post. Love it, super impressed! You look great too! My mom used to make like all of my clothes when I was little, and she used me as her model all the time when she needed to pin a dress in for my cousins... not that I minded. She still makes herself new dresses every now and then, I kind of regret not learning how to sew from her. Maybe some day. Til then, I'll keep taking advantage of the free alterations.

  21. Having a sub-par run is much much better than having no run, so don't worry much about it! And also, awesome news with the accidental weightloss. I assume you mean meters, since I'm pretty sure you're not a midget pixie!
  22. Good work so far, keep it up! I know if I ever started WoW up again, I would spend waaay too much time on it. So I don't start back up
