I usually do bodyweight tabata, but sometimes i incorporate weights, usually when the bodyweight exercises stop working. But when i do it i get sore for a day of two, but i like the feeling of being sore, it makes me think im improving, so sometimes i power through it.

Ok im 5'4 175-ish and and at 20-25 body fat % im 16, and i really have nothing at my disposal but some dumbbells that are like 5-16.5 pounds (which is why i prefer to do bodyweight exercises), but i do have a live near a gym (only reason i dont go is i cant really pay for a membership right now) My goal is too be like a real life batman (obviously minus the billionaire part), by becoming extremely athletic and learning parkour and martial arts. And before you say, i know it might sound silly too you, but im serious -

Thats a good idea, i dont why i didnt think of that. its much easier but it might be too slow for me (another part of my goal is to have all these down before im 25, so i dont have 15 to train.) I was just gonna cross-train all of them. But jesus! how does that guy do that? He looks triple h too btw lol
