Pushups: 36 Food: Over ate PT: Yes --- Sunday, day 35: Fiber: 20g, boo. Pushups: 37 Food: Over ate PT: Yes Well I've just been sucking lately. My sleep schedule has been way off ever since my vacation and I haven't been able to shake it. I am so tired. Hopefully this next week will be my upswing. I did manage to get out and bike 5 miles to a friend's house and then swim and that was lovely. The weather is also supposed to be glorious these next few days. Aside from work being particularly busy this next week, I should be good.

  6. Wednesday, day 24: Fiber: 18g, boo. Pushups: 26! Food: Over ate. PT: Yes. Thursday, day 25: Fiber: 28g, yay. Pushups: 27! Food: Over ate. PT: Yes. Friday, day 26: Fiber: 11g, boo. Pushups: 28! Food: Did okay. PT: Yes. Saturday, day 27: Fiber: 28g, yay. Pushups: 29! Food: Over ate. PT: Yes. Sunday, day 28: Fiber: 21g, boo. Pushups: 30! Food: Over ate. PT: Yes. Monday, day 29: Fiber: 13g, boo. Pushups: 31! Food: Did okay. PT: Yes. Tuesday, day 30: Fiber: 15g, boo. Pushups: 32! Food: Did okay. PT: Yes. The last week's recap: I was on vacation, can't you tell? Over ate quite a few times and didn't keep up on my fiber. However, I was able to completely keep up with my physical therapy exercises and pushups. So at least I showed up for 100% of half my battles, haha. I also ran out of my tasty fiber bars so I need to find another good source that I can have readily on hand (the store stopped carrying them, boo). So ... Not great, but not a terrible last week. And also, as a weird consolation prize, I lost a pound even though I overate basically the whole time. Huh.
  7. Tuesday, day 23: Fiber: 25g, yay. Pushups: 25! Food: Did well. PT: Yes. Good day! I biked a quick 4 miles after work with my sister and boyfriend too, and despite their complaining they had a good time, haha.
  8. Monday, day 22: Fiber: 10g, bleh. Pushups: 24! Food: Did well. PT: Yes. One of those weird days where I eat literally perfectly but I still didn't eat enough fiber. Whoever makes frozen veggies needs to find a way to keep the fiber in there, because I ate a bunch! Also, the pain went away in my back, so I'm guessing it was some type of weird latent muscle pain.
  9. Saturday, day 20: Fiber: 21g, close, but no. Pushups: 22! Food: Did all right. PT: Yes. Okay Saturday. I managed to wake up early and go for a light jog/walk. I was also able to jog my first mile without stopping, so hooray! ----- Sunday, day 21: Fiber: 5g, eeee. Pushups: 23! Food: Did all right. PT: Yes. Another just okay day. Though I woke up in absolutely terrible pain, all concentrated in the upper middle of my back. Latent muscle pain? Is that possible?
  10. Friday, day 19: Fiber: 26g, hooray! Pushups: 21! Food: Did well. PT: Yes. Good day today! I was able to do 18 pushups in a row, which is a big deal for me. I also biked 11 miles and only have 433.2 miles to go to reach Rivendell, ha.
  11. Thursday, day 18: Fiber: 14g, oops. Pushups: 20! Food: Poorly. PT: Yes. Went a bit overboard on food and underboard on fiber. No walking either. I basically got home from work and just fell over. So tired lately, blah.

  13. Yeppp. Afraid I can't do Frodo and Sam's average of 20 miles a day. I have other things I need to get done in the day aside from walk!
  14. Wednesday, day 17: Fiber: 31g, yes! Pushups: 19! Food: Did well! PT: Yes. Walked 5 miles today, hooray! I also started the Walk to Rivendell Challenge and have walked 13.8 miles since I started. Only 444.2 miles to go, ha.
  15. Tuesday, day 16: Fiber: 25g, yes! Pushups: 18! Food: Did all right. PT: Yes. Okay day, just very tired and was in pain all day at work. Also, those pushups are getting super hard!
  16. Monday, day 15: Fiber: 25g, yes! Pushups: 17! Food: Did all right. PT: Yes. I found the energy to walk/jog another 2.5 miles today, hooray!   17. Mine is growing lol. My first two weeks have been all right. At about the same place weight wise but I've been getting more and more motivated to go out and walk/jog and I am actually enjoying it! Weekends are still my main obstacle but I seem to be getting it together during the week better, especially now that I have been cooking meals ahead.
  18. Friday, day 12: Fiber: 45g, yay. Pushups: 14! Food: Screwed up. PT: Yes. I over ate. A lot. I don't remember what I ate either. ------ Saturday, day 13: Fiber: 10g, boo. Pushups: 15! Food: Did okay. PT: Yes. An okay day, not much to say for it. Though I did discover this amazing store that has major brands for cheeeaaaappp! So I bought work out clothes because sometimes a hinderance for me is I don't want to put on stinky clothing even when I KNOW I'm just going to sweat anyways. But hey, one more obstacle cleared means I have less excuses. ------- Sunday, day 14: Fiber: 14g, boo. Pushups: 16! Food: Over ate. PT: Yes. Ate too much. I hosted a small birthday party for my friend and ate waayy to much cake.

  21. Hey you, good job! Looks like everything is going pretty well, so keep it up! And good luck on the job hunt. I do not miss job searching, it is such a pain and can be depressing at times. But hey, the motivation you are feeling now tends to translate into other aspects of your life, so I'm sure you'll do well.
  22. Wednesday, day 10: Fiber: 27g, yay. Pushups: 12! Food: Screwed up. Oops. PT: Yes. Mostly a good day. I found the energy to jog/walk again today with a friend; we walked 3.9 miles, hooray! Though, unlucky me, some asshat thought it was necessary to drive through a puddle and soak me. Many curses! >_<
