  1. Final review: 1. Get strong I never missed a gym visit, and I did my best after resting my wrist. A! +4 STR 2. Get slim I guess technically I ended up at 5.325" before food, but I have been getting 5.25" a lot so it could just be gas or water. I tried my dress on again and it fits about as tight as before so really I can't so anything. In the end, I just wanted to fit my dress so: A! +3 CHA 3. Get flexible, fast, and fit I stretched every day. It rocked. I sprinted a lot more, which helped ny endurance overall. I did atleast 3 hrs of cardio weekly, which was annoying haha. A! +1.5 CON, +1.5 DEX 4. Catch up with comica I successfully have read all the comics in my house!!! A! +3 WIS Now I am taking a break from this forum until my wrist is better and my wedding and moving are over. I will continue to exercise though!!! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. I've decided to get my priorities straight. Rock climbing > weight lifting. My wrist is still bothering me. I will stop using it until it is better (or until my honeymoon for outdoor climbing ;D). That's just how it'll have to be. This sucks. *sigh*
  3. Start easy and work up to it. Two/three months ago I couldn't even touch my toes with the same side arm. It has been a daily effort. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  4. Wow, 20 miles! Good job. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  5. I successfully did a stretch today: Both hands holding the foot of an extended leg. It was hard, but my fiance helped ease me into it and I got it. Sooooo flexible now!! Yay
  6. I tried a wrist brace but it's really more for carpal tunnel/pain with wrist flexion. I have pain with wrist extension from weight lifting. I will try knuckle pushups. Sounds harder, but if it will help prevent wrist exacerbation I will try! I'm going to work on my form when lifting for this week to see if it helps. Straight wrists! If it doesn't I may stop... For sure after this six week challenge I'm taking a wrist break.
  7. Haha thanks for returning! I know... But I fee like "taking a rest" = failure/giviing up. It's depressing And there is no guarentee it won't come back when I start again. Ughhh I don't know yet
  8. Interesting, but if I'm going to do pull ups I might as well just do rock climbing training in general. Also pushups put my wrist in the painful position (hyper extended) that bench and overhead presses do.
  9. Week 3 Update: I am doing well, and hitting all my goals. I am even getting through my manga faster than expected. My biggest issue right now is my right wrist. It's starting to get to the point where I think I won't be able to finish the 6 weeks out. It doesn't hurt unless I use it, but I feel like lifting weights is not helping. I have changed my form and immensely improved my wrist stress during exercise, but I think it might eventually take some time off to really get it back to normal. I want to be able to rock climb pain free during my honeymoon (April 27th and onward). This challenge ends April 6th. We'll see... I'm still undecided right now. I feel like it's getting a little better, but then I feel like it hasn't changed other times. =,=
  10. I have too! I was thinking of having a really early breakfast and working out so hopefully I'll fit in it well. I should probably schedule my last fitting... Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  11. Pokemon theme!!! I am jealous of your awesomeness. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  12. If your ACLS course is anything like mine, google and memorize the algorithms. The rest you will get from class. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
